We at Panchakarma Herbs strive hard to maintain the best possible quality standards during entire product production cycle to deliver the best in quality ORGANIC products, to our consumers.
The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website www.panchakarmaherbs.in and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.
- Return Policy
This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
But by any chance if you receive a damaged product/package, you can raise a returns and replacement query simply contact us by sending an email to info@panchakarmaherbs.in or WhatsApp us on 8400005567 within 7 days of receiving the order. Be sure to attach an image/video of the product received so we can evaluate the issue/condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
For a Damaged, Defective, Wrong or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Once the return is processed, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Policy
All order will be delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received. For any other queries related to Return, Refund, Quality issue please reach out to us at info@panchakarmaherbs.in
- Pre-paid orders:
Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders above INR 500 (except J&K and North-East territories)
A shipping charge of INR 50 will be applied to all orders below INR 500
- COD (Cash On Delivery) orders:
A nominal fee of INR 25 will be applied
COD on orders above INR 500, with no additional shipping charges
Orders from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East region will not be eligible for COD
