Return Policy
Returns and Replacement Policy
This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product. However, if you receive a damaged product/package, you can raise a return and replacement query by contacting us via email at info@panchakarmaherbs.in or WhatsApp at 8400005567 within 7 days of receiving the order. Please attach an image or video of the product received so we can evaluate the issue/condition. Ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition.
For damaged, defective, wrong, or expired items, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be delivered within 5-7 days from the dispatch date. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being received. For any other queries related to returns, refunds, or quality issues, please reach out to us at info@panchakarmaherbs.in.
Pre-paid Orders:
- Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders above INR 500 (except for Jammu & Kashmir and North-East territories).
- A shipping charge of INR 50 will be applied to all orders below INR 500.
COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders:
- A nominal fee of INR 25 will be applied.
- COD is available on orders above INR 500, with no additional shipping charges.
- Orders from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East region will not be eligible for COD.

To cancel your order, please email us with your order details and the reason for cancellation at info@panchakarmaherbs.in.
